Motorola is preparing to introduce a special edition of the Motorola Edge 70 designed in collaboration with Swarovski and Pantone, according to a leaked promotional image posted on X by well-known leaker Evan Blass. The device, reportedly named the Motorola Edge 70 Swarovski Edition, appears set to expand the smartphone’s colour lineup beyond the existing Bronze Green, Gadget Gray and Lilly Pad options. A line in the original leak described the model as being “adorned with Swarovski crystals.”
The Motorola Edge 70 was launched globally one month ago as the international version of China’s Motorola X70 Air. The leak indicates that the new edition will adopt a Pantone Cloud Dancer finish, which Blass described as the Pantone Colour of the Year 2026. The detail contradicts earlier reports suggesting the colour would be marketed as “Lightest Sky.”
Based on the leaked image, the handset features an off-white rear panel set with 14 crystals and a silver frame engraved with the text “PANTONE Cloud Dancer” on the left side. No launch date accompanied the leak, though the appearance of what seems to be an official advertising poster has prompted expectations of an announcement in the near term. The existing 12GB RAM / 256GB variant of the Edge 70 is currently listed at €799 on Amazon Germany.
Specifications are not expected to change for the Swarovski edition. The Motorola Edge 70 includes a 6.7-inch 120Hz P-OLED display protected by Gorilla Glass 7i and carries IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. It runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor and offers storage options of 256GB or 512GB.

The phone has three 50-megapixel cameras — two on the rear and one on the front — along with Bluetooth 5.4, stereo speakers and a 4,800mAh battery supporting 68W fast wired charging and 15W wireless charging. The device ships with Android 16, and Motorola has committed to four future Android OS upgrades.
