METABORA GAMES said on Monday it has launched the Web3 game Magic Squad on LINE NEXT’s Dapp Portal, marking a new addition to its blockchain gaming lineup and an expansion of its collaboration with local game developers.
Developed by NEOSTELLAGAMES, Magic Squad is available through LINE NEXT’s Mini Dapp ecosystem, allowing users to access the game without installing a separate application. The company described the title as “a hybrid Web3 game that combines role-playing game (RPG) progression with roguelike mechanics.”

METABORA said the launch includes integration with BORA DEEPS, an infrastructure service that links in-game missions with Web3-based rewards. The Quest feature, previously introduced in other titles, is designed to encourage interaction between players and projects within the BORA ecosystem.
The game also supports in-game purchases using BORA Tokens and includes a gas abstraction feature via the Kaia wallet, enabling users to pay transaction fees with BORA Tokens without holding Kaia Tokens. METABORA said it plans to extend this feature to additional wallets over time.
