Samsung has introduced a hospitality-focused version of its popular The Frame television, bringing the company’s Art TV concept to hotels and premium commercial spaces for the first time.
The new model, officially named The Frame Hospitality Model (HL03H), was unveiled at HITEC 2026, a major hospitality technology event. Samsung says it is the first Art TV to join the company’s hospitality display lineup.
Designed for Hotels and Premium Spaces
Like the consumer version of The Frame, the hospitality model features a 4K QLED display with an anti-glare panel designed to minimize reflections and maintain artwork visibility under various lighting conditions.
The television also includes Samsung’s Slim Fit Wall Mount for a gallery-style appearance and supports optional magnetic bezels, allowing hotels to customize the TV’s look to match interior design themes.
Unlike residential versions, however, the hospitality model does not use Samsung’s One Connect Box. Instead, key connectivity ports are integrated directly into the television for simpler installation and management.
Collection Hub Turns TVs into Digital Art Displays
A key feature of the new model is Collection Hub, a dedicated platform that allows hotels to showcase curated artwork, photography collections, promotional content, and brand visuals when the television is not actively being used by guests.
The feature extends Samsung’s Art TV concept beyond residential environments, enabling hospitality operators to enhance room aesthetics while reinforcing brand identity.
AI-Generated Wallpapers for Guests
Samsung is also bringing artificial intelligence capabilities to its hospitality lineup through a feature called Generative Wallpaper.
Guests can use the feature to create AI-generated backgrounds and customize the appearance of their room’s television display according to personal preferences.
The capability marks the first implementation of AI-generated visual customization on a Samsung hospitality television.
Live Translate Supports International Travelers
The Frame Hospitality Model includes Samsung’s Live Translate feature, allowing guests to view translated subtitles while watching local television broadcasts or content available through Samsung TV Plus.
The feature is designed to improve accessibility and enhance the viewing experience for international travelers staying in foreign-language markets.
Easy Content Sharing with Google Cast and AirPlay
The television supports both Google Cast and Apple AirPlay, allowing guests to quickly stream content from smartphones, tablets, and other personal devices.
Guests simply scan a QR code to establish a connection. Samsung says all device connection information is automatically removed once a guest checks out, helping to protect privacy and simplify room turnover procedures.
LYNK Cloud Enhances Hotel Management
The Frame Hospitality Model also integrates Samsung’s LYNK Cloud platform, which provides centralized monitoring and management capabilities for hotel operators.
The platform enables real-time monitoring of television status, remote content updates, and access to guest-facing services such as digital concierge functions and room service ordering.
In addition, LYNK Cloud includes business intelligence tools that allow hotel operators to analyze guest preferences, including popular television channels and frequently ordered services, helping improve operational efficiency and guest experiences.
Availability
Samsung says The Frame Hospitality Model will be available in 55-inch, 65-inch, and 75-inch screen sizes.
The television is scheduled to launch in the United States during the second half of 2026, targeting hotels, resorts, luxury accommodations, and other commercial hospitality environments seeking premium in-room entertainment solutions.
