Xiaomi officially rolls out the stable MIUI 13 update based on Android 12 to Xiaomi 11T Pro users worldwide
Quoted by Gizmochina, Sunday, the update brings a number of system optimizations and new features to the device that comes with the Snapdragon 888 chipset and the 108MP Samsung HM2 camera sensor.
There are at least three new features that are present, namely the addition of a new widget ecosystem with app support, a new line of wallpapers to MIUI 13 called “Crystallization”, and apps that can be opened as floating windows directly from the sidebar.

While the system optimizations include improved overall system stability in MIUI 13, improved accessibility support for Phone, Clock, and Weather system apps, and a more convenient and intuitive MIUI mind map node.
The Xiaomi 11T Pro was initially launched globally five months ago on September 15, 2021. The device comes pre-installed with MIUI 12.5 based on Android 11.
During the launch, Xiaomi brought good news to buyers of the Xiaomi 11T and 11T Pro that their phones will be guaranteed for three major Android OS updates and four years of security updates.

To elaborate, the Xiaomi 11T Pro will not only receive the Android 12 update, but also the Android 13 and Android 14 updates in the years to come.
This is the first time that Xiaomi has guaranteed long-term software updates for their flagship phones.
