Xiaomi has started selling an updated version of its 34-inch curved gaming monitor outside China, marking the first international release of the Curved Gaming Monitor G34WQi 2026 as the company prepares for a wider global launch.
The monitor, which appeared on Xiaomi’s global website in late 2025 without pricing or availability details, has now gone on sale in Australia. Xiaomi is currently offering the model there for AUD 449, down from a listed price of AUD 599, bringing it to about $313 at current exchange rates.

Xiaomi previously released the original Curved Gaming Monitor G34WQi in 2024 and continues to sell the 2026 edition in China under the name Redmi G34WQ 2026. The company has not confirmed timelines for other regions, though markets in Southeast Asia are expected to follow before expansion into Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
The G34WQi 2026 features a 1500R curved VA panel with a 3,440 x 1,440 pixel resolution and a 21:9 aspect ratio. It supports a 180 Hz refresh rate, 1 millisecond grey-to-grey response time, up to 400 nits peak brightness and a 3,500:1 contrast ratio, positioning it toward the mid-range gaming monitor segment.

Connectivity options include two DisplayPort 1.4 inputs and two HDMI 2.0 ports, but no USB ports. A 3.5 mm audio jack is included, though the monitor does not have built-in speakers. As the original article noted, the model combines “a 180 Hz refresh rate with 400 nits peak brightness and four video inputs,” reflecting Xiaomi’s focus on gaming-focused specifications at a relatively low price point.
