Stephen Martin, the driver of the GM BrightDrop Zevo 600 electric vehicle has made his name into the Guinness World Records for his extraordinary feat. This driver drove his GM electric vehicle for 418 km on a single charge.
For information, this is the furthest distance traveled by an electric car on a single charge. Marlin’s achievement was announced by General Motors, whose electric vehicle business arm manufactures the BrightDrop Zevo.
Marlin drove his Zevo 600 electric van from New York City to Washington D.C., which was a journey of approximately 418 km on April 20, 2022. BrightDrop spokeswoman Jessica Kerr stated that marlin was the first person to reach the distance of 418 km.

Reporting from EVMAGZ (25/4), Marlin was driving an electric vehicle under one of the logistics companies, FedEx, when he recorded the feat. The BrightDrop Zevo 600 is an electric-powered delivery vehicle with impressive capabilities.
While traveling, the driver was transporting a package of sustainable cleaning products from Full Circle, a FedEx customer. The record that Marlin broke was backed by BrightDrop and FedEx. Officially, the Zevo 600 has a range of 402 km, but the Marlin was able to push more power and the vehicle got to 418 km.
