Physically, this tiny mouse carries a light weight of about 57 grams with dimensions of 107 x 60 x 27.8 mm and a length of 3 cm.

The color variants available for the ASUIS MD100 are bright and diverse, including Quiet Blue, Solar Blue, Lilac Mist Purple, and Brave Green.

According to a written statement received by the Gadgetren team, ASUS recommends that this mouse with a color variant that refreshes the eyes is suitable to accompany the ASUS ZenBook or ASUS VivoBook laptop because it has a segment targeting young people.

To protect users from harmful bacteria, the ASUS MD100 mouse has used an AntiBacterial Guard coating through ISO 22196:2011 certification, which means that bacterial activity has been measured on plastic surfaces and other solid surfaces.

ASUS has proven through third-party lab testing, the coating is scientifically claimed to be able to reduce bacterial growth up to 99 percent within 24 hours so that the mouse surface remains clean and hygienic.

Not only that, the bottom of the mouse has also been supported by 100 percent PTFE gaming grade material to ensure the mouse cursor can move very smoothly on a flat surface. This mouse also has an endurance of up to 3 times longer than traditional office mice.

Based on ASUS internal testing, this mouse can last up to 10 million clicks. Interestingly, when clicked the noise level presented by this mouse is only 20 decibels. This is much quieter than a whisper which is around 30 decibels or the sound of people speaking which averages up to 60 decibels.

To be able to connect to a laptop, this mouse is equipped with Bluetooth and 2.4GHz WiFi. In addition, at the bottom of the mouse body there is an indicator light that explains the connection being used by the mouse.

If the indicator LED is green, it means the mouse is connected to the 2.4GHz WiFi frequency. But the indicator is blue, then the mouse is connected using Bluetooth connectivity. While the LED that glows red indicates that the battery that is being used in the mouse is running low.

The active period of the battery can reach 12 months and depends on the method of use of the user. Mouse sensitivity can also be set from 800, 1000 or 1600 DPI and can be connected to a laptop within 10 meters of the laptop being used.
