After successfully bringing the first generation of Vivo Watch in September 2021 yesterday, Vivo has now announced the next generation of smart watches through Vivo Watch 2.

This information was delivered directly by Vivo through its official website in China. vivo Watch 2 is priced at 1,299 yuan. This smartwatch is supported by e-SIM so it can capture LTE network.

It is available in three color variants which include black, white and silver. The vivo Watch 2 battery is claimed to be able to last up to seven days with an active e-SIM. Meanwhile, if the e-SIM is turned off, the battery can reach 14 days.

In terms of appearance, the vivo Watch 2 carries a bezel-less screen measuring 1.43 inches with a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels and a pixel density of 326ppi. Physically, the body is made of rust-resistant aluminum alloy and weighs 47 grams.

vivo Watch 2 becomes a fitness assistant that can record various exercise modes for up to 47 types of sports such as running with fitness equipment or outside, cycling, gymnastics, tennis, swimming, aerobics, and many more.

The internal storage can accommodate up to 2 GB. In addition, it is supported by an SpO2 sensor to track oxygen saturation levels in the blood and can monitor heart rate, sleep quality, drink water reminders, and determine stress levels.

Plus, this smartwatch has sensors to measure air pressure and altitude. For the Chinese market, Vivo Watch 2 is equipped with an NFC sensor that can be used as a digital payment tool for local public transportation such as subways and buses in 300 cities.

By pocketing the 5ATM certification, the Vivo Watch 2 can be invited to swim at a depth of up to 50 meters. This device also provides other features such as alarms, notifications, and music player. There is also a Jovi voice assistant that can make it easier for us to control other smart devices.

While the connectivity of this device is equipped with Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BeiDou. Then, an emergency call feature has also been embedded into this device which functions to reach emergency services quickly such as firefighters, medical assistance, or the police without the need to use a cellphone.
