Coros is preparing to unveil its next-generation GPS sports watch, the Pace 4, a lightweight wearable designed for athletes seeking both advanced performance tracking and everyday usability. The company confirmed that the smartwatch will be officially launched in the coming days, with sales beginning on November 10.
Although Coros has not disclosed full specifications, it described the Pace 4 as “ultra-light” and “ultra-bright,” suggesting a shift to AMOLED display technology rather than the memory-in-pixel (MIP) screens used in previous models. The design is expected to build on the foundation of the Pace 3, which offered up to 15 days of battery life and featured navigation tools and elevation tracking.
According to Coros, the new model will include an upgraded optical sensor system with five LEDs and four photodetectors, capable of measuring both heart rate and blood oxygen saturation. The smartwatch will also retain essential health and fitness features such as sleep quality monitoring, step tracking, and multi-sport performance metrics.
While the company has not confirmed major design changes, the Pace 4 is expected to maintain Coros’s focus on lightweight construction and athlete-oriented functionality. The upcoming release follows the earlier launch of the Coros Nomad, further expanding the brand’s growing lineup of multisport wearables.
Coros continues to position itself as a competitor in the endurance sports watch market, appealing to runners and outdoor athletes seeking reliable performance tracking, durable design, and extended battery life at a competitive price point.
