Garmin doesn’t just release embedded GPS navigation devices to support extreme activities, such as flying, climbing, diving, and so on. Garmin also has a product that can be used to support daily sports activities, namely the Garmin Forerunner 55.
The Garmin Forerunner 55 is specifically designed for beginner runners. To support this running activity, the Forerunner 55 has a slim design with a clock size of 42mm.
The Forerunner 55 is also equipped with a comprehensive running mode. Forerunner 55 also has a set of daily workout tips built into it. Rian also added that this smartwatch for beginner runners has an improved health monitoring feature.

Other features that are also a mainstay of Forerunner 55 include respiration rate, sleep score, and virtual run. For virtual runs, this is one of the new features from Garmin that is presented in Forerunner 55.
To activate this feature, users need to connect their swatwatch with the Zwift app. So users don’t need to leave the room to run, users can choose a virtual field for running provided by the application.

Not only the design and features that are able to support running, Darma also explained that the Forerunner 55 has increased durability from the previous series, the Forerunner 45. The Forerunner 55 is rumored to be able to reach 20 hours of use on a full battery. Then, Forerunner 55 for use under normal conditions can last up to 14 days.
