Minisforum has expanded its product lineup with the introduction of the UH125 Pro mini PC, positioning it as a cost-effective alternative to the previously launched AtomMan X7 Ti.
Launched in May, the AtomMan X7 Ti featured the high-end Intel Core Ultra 9 185H processor from the Intel Meteor Lake lineup.
In contrast, the UH125 Pro is equipped with the Intel Core Ultra 5 125H, a more economical option within the same processor family.
This new model excludes features like a built-in display and webcam present in its predecessor, focusing instead on functionality such as an OCuLink port for eGPU setups and similar USB4 configurations.
Unique to the UH125 Pro is the addition of a dedicated Copilot button alongside standard controls, enhancing user accessibility. The mini PC supports up to 96 GB of DDR5 RAM and includes two M.2 PCIe 4.0 slots for SSDs, catering to users seeking robust performance and storage capabilities. Connectivity options feature WiFi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 for seamless wireless connections.
With pricing starting at $439 for the base model and $639 for a variant with 32 GB of RAM and 1 TB storage, the UH125 Pro offers a more budget-friendly option compared to its predecessor, the AtomMan X7 Ti. However, for those requiring higher performance, the AtomMan X7 Ti remains the preferred choice within Minisforum‘s mini PC lineup.
