RedMagic has confirmed plans to launch its latest gaming smartphone, the RedMagic 11 Pro, globally with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, though with a slightly smaller battery than the model sold in China.

The company said the global variant of the RedMagic 11 Pro will ship with a 7,500 mAh battery, compared to the 8,000 mAh unit in the Chinese version. “As the teaser image below shows, the global version of the RedMagic 11 Pro will feature a 7,500 mAh battery,” RedMagic stated in its announcement. The reduction represents about a 6.25% decrease in capacity.

Despite the smaller battery, the device will retain its Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and RedMagic’s proprietary AquaCore Cooling System, aimed at maintaining performance during extended gaming sessions. The phone will also support 120 W wired and 80 W wireless charging, similar to its domestic counterpart.

The 7,500 mAh battery still marks a modest improvement over the RedMagic 10 Pro, offering a 450 mAh (6.38%) increase in capacity. The company said the RedMagic 11 Pro will be officially released globally at 11:00 UTC on November 3.

To promote the launch, RedMagic is running a campaign on its website allowing users to sign up for a chance to win a RedMagic 11 Pro or other prizes, including its PhantomLite 5,000 mAh and 10,000 mAh power banks.
