Talaria has launched a new electric dirt bike, the Komodo, in global markets, expanding its off-road lineup with a higher-powered model aimed at riders seeking performance comparable to traditional dirt bikes.

The Komodo delivers up to 32 kilowatts of peak power and 754 Nm of peak torque, enabling a top speed of 105 km/h (65 mph), according to the company. Talaria said the bike is powered by a 96-volt, 45-amp-hour battery with a total capacity of 4.3 kWh, offering a maximum range of up to 115 km (71.5 miles) under steady riding conditions. The company said the bike supports four riding modes, including eco, sport, hyper and reverse.

Designed for off-road use, the Komodo features a 21-inch front wheel and an 18-inch rear wheel fitted with CST or Maxxis tires, along with dual-chamber front air forks offering 250 mm of travel and a rear air shock with a 90 mm stroke. Talaria said the bike provides 315 mm of ground clearance and a seat height of 35.8 inches to accommodate trail and dirt riding.

Additional features include a four-level adjustable regenerative braking system, controlled via a dedicated button, and a TFT LCD display showing riding information. The electric dirt bike is rated IP67 for dust and water resistance and supports a maximum payload of 160 kg (353 lbs).
