TikTok has become a social media platform that has many users all over the world. Starting from children, teenagers, to adults, not a few have a TikTok account.
In order to maintain its existence, the company owned by ByteDance does not stop innovating for the sake of innovation. One form of innovation that TikTok routinely carries out is the launch of new features.
TikTok itself is known to often release various kinds of new features to its users. Since it was first released in 2016, TikTok has launched countless new features.
Reporting from Social Media Today, TikTok is rumored to be launching a new feature again. The new feature that will be launched by this Chinese platform is called Downvote.
Later, the Downvote feature will be launched by TikTok in the user comments column. Furthermore, the Downvote feature allows users to sort through various kinds of negative comments or comments that are not liked.
When a user presses the Downvote button in a comment, the comment will be hidden and the user will no longer be able to view it.
However, comments that are entered in the Downvote list will only be lost in the user’s account in question. As for other users and creators who uploaded videos, the comments will still appear.
Meanwhile, through an image uploaded by a social media consultant, Matt Navarra, it can be seen that the TikTok Downvote feature will be next to the Love/Like button.
