Garmin has begun rolling out Beta Version 26.02 for several of its older high-end smartwatches, including the Enduro 2, Fenix 7 and Quatix 7, introducing new device support and addressing a series of software bugs.
The beta release follows System Software 25.11, which was issued less than a month ago with more than a dozen improvements over the prior 23.48 version. Rather than moving directly to a new stable update, the company has opted to continue development through its Beta Program.

According to Garmin’s release notes, Beta Version 26.02 adds support for the Rally 110 and Rally 210 cycling power meter pedals. The changelog states: “Added Rally 110/210 support.” The update also temporarily disables ECG functionality, a step Garmin typically takes during beta testing before re-enabling the feature in a stable release.
In addition to the new hardware compatibility, the company said it has resolved four outstanding issues. These include a problem where custom GPS configurations for certain activity profiles would not save, a compass calibration tutorial video that occasionally failed to display, pairing issues with the Stages Power Meter, and a bug that caused the watch face to switch to battery saver mode unexpectedly.

Garmin is distributing Beta Version 26.02 over the air via its Connect Mobile app to enrolled Beta Program participants. Based on previous release cycles, a stable v26.xx software update may follow at a later date.
