PUBG: Battlegrounds and Assassin’s Creed have partnered for an exclusive collaboration featuring weapons, parachutes, costumes, and other novelties. This collaboration comes with the game update 19.1.

Reporting from GameRant (19/8), update 19.1 brings Abstergo Corporation from Assassin’s Creed to the Haven map. The company takes over one of the buildings on the map.

Players can also find the hidden Animus machine along with one of the iconic “leap of faith” signs strategically placed on the roof of the building. Players can earn Assassin’s Creed-themed rewards through gameplay, including costumes, bag skins, parachute skins, and emotes.

In addition to items from collaboration with Assassin’s Creed, PUBG also added a new line of weapons in the update. This includes the new MP9 available on the Deston map and is the first fully automatic SMG to use 9mm ammo.

This weapon will provide players with a viable alternative to weapons like the P90, due to its easier to find ammunition. However, the MP9 has a lower effective range, lower rate of fire, and lower damage compared to the P90.

A new item, the Folded Shield can now be found on any map. This portable armor has 1500 HP, giving players the opportunity to take cover in open spaces. There is also a Blue Chip Detector that can scan enemies within 100 meters.

Vehicles are also updated with the addition of the Pillar Security Car. This car has a maximum speed of 81mph (130km/h) with controllable lights and sirens. Players can find high-quality equipment in the trunk.

PUBG: Battlegrounds x Assassin’s Creed is already underway from August 6th and will end on September 6th on PC. As for console players, it will only be received on August 17th and ends on September 14th.
