DJI Osmo Action 3 offers a number of advantages such as photo and video quality, recording result stabilization technology, resistance to extreme environments and support for vertical format content.
The DJI Osmo Action offers a number of improvements over the previous model as well as new features that new and existing users alike will be intrigued by. A camera with a capture angle of 155° is capable of recording video with 4K resolution at 120fps. For the record, the 120fps frame rate can be used for 1080p video settings, 2.7K 16:9 and 4K 16:9.
Then there is the D-Cinelike Color Mode which is present for video recording, slow-motion and timelapse giving room for creativity in the editing process. This D-Cinelike Color Mode feature is present in Pro mode
DJI Osmo Action users will also enjoy stable video results thanks to Rocksteady 3.0 technology which automatically absorbs shock from all directions which makes the video results flow smoothly.
The HorizonSteady feature also ensures that the horizon line is maintained without going through post-production. The HorizonBalancing feature is present for 4K/60fps video capture which ensures images with 4K resolution remain stable.
This action camera is also resistant to various extreme conditions. The Extreme Battery 1770 mAh can withstand temperatures down to -20° C and can record up to 160 minutes3 and only takes 18 minutes to charge from 0 to 80%. The DJI Osmo Action 3’s body design is waterproof and can be carried up to a depth of 16 meters without additional housing.
