Philips officially launched their first gaming monitor under the name Philips EVNIA 34M2C7600MV. This monitor has a 34-inch screen size with a curved design and comes with Mini LED technology with 1,152 local dimming zones.
The screen used on the latest gaming monitor from Philips is an LCD based on the Vertical Alignment (VA) panel technology. Reporting from Gizmochina (14/11), the resolution of the Philips EVNIA screen is 3,440 x 1,440 pixels with a refresh rate of 165 Hz.
The number of Mini LED lights on this monitor is 4,608 units. This backlit lighting system delivers a maximum brightness of up to 1,400 nits. Its color gamut is DCI-P3 up to 97%, and it holds DisplayHDR 1400 certification.
In terms of sound, Philips EVNIA is equipped with two stereo speakers with a power of 5 watts and support for DTS sound effects. The monitor is equipped with surround ambient light on the back using the innovative Ambiglow ambient light technology. The light changes in sync with the rhythm of the music and the color of the picture.
In addition, the monitor supports split-screen function, which can enable simultaneous connection and dual channel signal display. The screen is divided into two without affecting each other. There is also a KVM mode which allows users to quickly switch control of two devices such as a keyboard and mouse.
In terms of interface, this device is equipped with USB 3.2, DisplayPort 1.4, and HDMI 2.1 ports. There is also a USB-C port that supports 90W reverse charging.
