Logitech has released a new portable wireless mouse called the MX Anywhere 3S. This mouse can be considered a minor upgrade from the MX Anywhere 3, with improvements in quieter click sounds and an upgraded optical sensor with a resolution of 8,000 DPI.
Similar to the “S” upgrade in the previous generation MX Anywhere, the MX Anywhere 3S has the exact same design and form as its predecessor. The mouse continues to target users who seek a lightweight and easily portable wireless mouse.
Weighing in at just 99 grams, the mouse comes with a battery that can last up to 70 days of usage. It can be connected via Bluetooth or the Logi Bolt USB dongle. Unfortunately, the dongle is not included in the purchase package.
The significant improvement lies in the optical sensor, which now boasts twice the resolution, reaching 8,000 DPI compared to the 4,000 DPI of the MX Anywhere 3. Logitech claims that the MX Anywhere 3S can be used on various surfaces, including glass.
The MX Anywhere 3S mouse is priced at $80 USD and is available in Graphite, Pale Gray, and Rose color options.
