Samsung Electronics on Monday introduced its 2026 sound device lineup, expanding its range of soundbars and Wi-Fi speakers as it looks to strengthen its position in the global home audio market. The new products will be showcased at CES 2026 in Las Vegas from Jan. 6 to Jan. 9, the company said.
The South Korean electronics maker said the updated lineup focuses on richer immersion, cleaner sound output and tighter integration across multiple devices in the home. “We’re continuing that legacy with next-generation sound devices designed to deliver a rich, expressive performance for any space and moment,” said Hun Lee, executive vice president of the Visual Display Business at Samsung Electronics, in the press release.

At the center of the lineup are Samsung’s 2026 Q-Series soundbars, including the new flagship HW-Q990H model. The company said the soundbar introduces Sound Elevation technology to lift dialogue toward the screen, along with Auto Volume to keep sound levels consistent across different content. The 11.1.4-channel system combines a main bar, rear speakers and a compact active subwoofer designed to deliver powerful bass in a space-efficient form.
Samsung also unveiled the HW-QS90H All-in-One Soundbar, which features a Convertible Fit design that supports both wall-mounted and tabletop use. The model uses a built-in gyro sensor to automatically adjust channel output based on its orientation and delivers a 7.1.2-channel setup with integrated bass, removing the need for a separate subwoofer.

In addition to soundbars, Samsung introduced two new Wi-Fi speakers under its Music Studio series: the Music Studio 5 and Music Studio 7. Designed with a minimalist dot concept by designer Erwan Bouroullec, the speakers are intended to blend into home interiors while supporting flexible system configurations, standalone playback or pairing with Samsung TVs through Q-Symphony.
Samsung said its 2026 lineup further enhances Q-Symphony, allowing up to five sound devices to operate together with a compatible Samsung TV while automatically optimizing audio based on room layout and device placement. The company also highlighted deeper integration with its SmartThings platform, enabling centralized control of playback, streaming and voice features across connected devices.
